Same-day service is often possible for urgent needs. For specialist appointments, we recommend booking 2-3 days in advance. Email responses within a few hours during working hours.

To help us prepare well, let us know: your symptoms or health concern, preferred date and time, any hospital or doctor preference, whether you have previous medical records, and any allergies or ongoing medications. The more detail you can give, the better we can match you with the right hospital and specialist.
For life-threatening emergencies, please call 120 (Chinese emergency number) immediately. For non-life-threatening urgent care, send us an email and we'll arrange an escort as soon as possible — often within an hour or two during working hours. Existing clients have access to our after-hours emergency line.
Yes! We regularly help families with pediatric visits. Hangzhou has an excellent children's hospital (Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine), and we have experience with newborns through teenagers. A parent or guardian must be present during the visit.
